1. How do I place an order?

To place an order, simply browse our products, select the items you want, and add them to your cart. Proceed to checkout, provide your shipping and payment information, and confirm your order.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept GCash, and BPI Online Transfer as payment options.

3. Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can use this link to monitor the status and location of your package.

4. Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship within the Philippines. We don’t offer international shipping just yet, but we hope to expand our reach in the future. Thank you for your understanding and support!

5.What is your return policy?

We have a hassle-free return policy. If you have received a defective item, you can initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Please visit our Returns policy  page for detailed instructions.
